(Next Generation Partners)Contentious and semi-contentious fiduciary and insolvency disputes form the bedrock of Walkers‘ dispute resolution offering, covering regulatory and trust cases, and working with the firm’s international network to handle cross-border matters. Qualified mediator Alison Ozanne leads the team, primarily focusing on contentious trust proceedings, but also advising on banking, insolvency and insurance litigation. Sarah Brehaut represents clients in contentious insolvency and regulatory cases, while Adam Cole also focuses on trust disputes, in addition to these areas. Helena Lavin and Laurent Thibeault, both promoted to senior counsel in 2022, are also recommended.
