Career

Bruno is a partner at Veirano Advogados with practice emphasis in tax planning and consulting.

Nowadays, he represents Brazilian and foreign clients across a variety of industries, including automobile, engineering, communication, education, technology, financial, oil & gas and energy.

Bruno has extensive experience advising clients on the tax implications of mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, cross-border transactions, debt restructurings, and capital and financial market investments and divestments. He also assists clients on the analysis of tax treaties, transfer pricing, and thin capitalization.

In addition, Bruno advises on complex tax litigation cases and draws extensive experience dealing with accounting matters.

His early career experience includes time working as a tax consultant at a top-tier international audit firm, and as an in-house tax lawyer at a Brazilian multinational company.

Admitted to practice law in Brazil, Bruno completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) with distinction in Taxation, with a Certificate in International Taxation, at Georgetown University Law Center.
