Career

Lívia Miné has about twenty years of experience in dispute resolution where she is focused on torts, contractual litigation, product liability and environmental litigation arguing cases before all major courts throughout the country. She has experience handling sophisticated cases, representing leading companies in their business segments, and has been involved in several successful class actions and individual cases.

Mrs. Miné assists Brazilian and multinational companies in consulting on relevant issues, in preventing litigation, and in negotiating complex and sophisticated contracts, since their formation until termination, always focused on adapting their structure to reflect the applicable legislation and her client’s interests.

She is also very active in administrative proceedings and civil investigations, having avoided the involvement of her clients in litigation in many occasions.
