​Lucas Oliveira is a member of the Porto Alegre Dispute Resolution team and focuses his practice on judicial and arbitral disputes. Lucas has worked on sophisticated commercial and corporate litigation matters, including clients in the banking, civil construction, biofuels, as well as in arbitrations regarding infrastructure projects.

Mr. Oliveira assists companies in consulting on relevant issues and preventing litigation, providing advice on negotiations, and writing legal opinions to assist clients' strategic business decisions.

Representative Case

Representing the Brazilian affiliate of one of the major Chinese construction companies, — in ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) arbitration involving the early termination of an EPC contract of a solar farm in Northeast Brazil.
