Jonathan Blank is the chair of McGuireWoods’ Business and Securities Litigation Department. A problem solver who focuses on energy law, his experience includes wind, solar, biomass, natural gas mineral rights, royalty, transportation, construction, consumer protection, fiduciary, closely held corporation and other complex litigation. He has tried dozens of bench and jury trials, and has appeared in district, circuit and federal courts, as well as in AAA arbitrations.
