Shelby S. In addition to helping clients pursue all types of first- and third-party insurance claims, Shelby regularly advises companies on risk management needs arising out of insurance policy renewals, mergers and acquisitions, and IPO transactions. Shelby has assisted dozens of companies with D&O and cyber insurance reviews, and as lead coverage counsel, he has helped Fortune 500 companies recover hundreds of millions of dollars of cyber insurance following some of the highest-profile data breach incidents on record. He is currently serving as president of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society.
