Justin is the co-leader of McGuireWoods’ Product Liability & Mass Tort practice group. He is a trial lawyer who defends manufacturers and distributors in product liability claims and represents businesses in a wide range of high-stakes commercial litigation matters. Justin handles complex litigation in state and federal courts and has represented companies and individuals at trial in a variety of matters. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Richmond School of Law, teaching trial advocacy. Justin has defended leading companies in a wide range of industries, from banking to waste management. He leads national and regional defense teams, and advises and trains clients in strategic risk management. Prior to entering law school, Justin served on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years.
