He has handled investment-grade, mid-market and mezzanine financings, including financings for, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, aircraft purchases and real estate acquisitions. Alan has significant cross-border experience having coordinated transactions across jurisdictions worldwide, including Dubai, the Pacific Islands, Italy, Germany, France, Finland, the U.S., Canada, England, Brazil, India, China, Venezuela and Australia.
