Kim White is a Director and Partner of CHW with 33 years’ experience. He is a leading practitioner of the Bermuda Bar and is consistently sought after as a highly effective advocate and arbitrator. Kim practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation,arbitration, mediation, governmental and regulatory matters. He has chaired several Boards of Enquiry under the Human Rights Act and has been an acting magistrate. Kim has acted for Bermuda's largest developers and numerous high net worth individuals in his private client practice.
