Position

Liza Maye is a principal partner at FABREGA MOLINO, leading the corporate and business law practice. Her experience focuses on estate planning, private interest foundations, company incorporation, and the design of cross-border structures in highly complex national and international commercial transactions.

 

Liza specializes in providing wealth management advice, prenuptial agreements, wills, and estate planning services to her clients. She works closely with both the clients and their legal advisors to implement long-term estate and succession structures that optimize personal assets and business interests.

 

Liza’s domestic and international client portfolio ranges from high-profile private companies to banking and financial institutions and high net-worth private clients. Additionally, she provides services to family businesses, family groups, and corporations.

 

Liza serves a multitude of industries, including automotive, energy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate, manufacturing, and more. Her area of expertise is focused on national and international structures, specifically asset management and administration. These structures comprise of corporations, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, private interest foundations, and trusts.
