Juan Pablo Fabrega is a Senior Partner at FABREGA MOLINO. Juan Pablo represents clients from across America and Europe in cross-border arbitration, mergers& acquisitions, regulatory and internal investigations, and corporate transactions.

 

His expertise ranges from corporate structures, shareholder disputes, breach of contracts, , M&A-related claims, risk management and compliance, and regulatory breaches.

 

Juan Pablo is also active in all areas of the firm’s Estate Planning & Private Client group. Most of Fabrega´s corporate clients come from different industries, such as banking, energy, utilities, infrastructure, automobile, and pharmaceuticals.

Position

Carlos Molino is a partner in FABREGA MOLINO and head of the Immigration Department of the firm.  He also focuses on the Corporate Department, specializing in business and corporate law, estate planning, and private interest foundation.

Mr. Molino has participated as a speaker in several local and international workshops, such as the AIJA Half-Year Conference in Miami, the Annual Congress of AIJA 2021 in Zurich, 2013 in Buenos Aires; the AIJA 2014 in Toronto, Canada, at the panel of Miscellaneous Short Term Immigration Categories of the Business travel and short-term mobility; the IBA Tax conference 2017 in Buenos Aires and has lectured multiple conferences about the Immigration, Investment and Corporate Law in Panama organized by different organizations among which stands out “Camara de Comercio e Industrias Colombo Panameña.”
