He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science from the prestigious Santa María La Antigua University. His commitment to academic excellence is also reflected in his participation in specialized Diplomas, with a focus on Public Procurement Regime and Labor Law. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in Administrative Law at the Universidad Latina, Republic of Panama.
