Practices since 1977. He is in charge of the Insurance and Reinsurance Department, where he has worked with the most important main insurance companies, reinsurers,   local and foreign reinsurance brokers in the process of obtaining operation or registration licenses from the Superintendencia de Seguros y Reaseguros de Panamá (Superintendence of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama), responsible for issuing opinions regarding insurance, reinsurance and bonds, as well as the coordination in such cases with the Litigation Department. Together with the team lawyers of the Insurance and Reinsurance Department, he participates and supervises the drafting of policies and bonds, compensation agreements and documents related to the scope of the insurance industry. He is also the Finance Department coordinator of the firm.
