Life Sciences and Competition Director

Dafne is Life Sciences and Competition Director. She regularly assists clients from the pharmaceutical, industrial, retail and real estate industries, with a broad spectrum of affairs, including health and safety regulation, dispute resolution before Civil and Constitutional Courts and before the General Comptroller of the Republic, general inquiries with respect to regulated markets, antitrust issues and general public law.

Currently, she is serving as Secretary of the Asociación de Medios de Publicidad Exterior, and assisting the trade association with general regulatory and municipal law issues.

Moreover, Dafne handles the majority of the pharmaceutical-related public law matters within the law firm, together with Partner Ariela Agosin. As such, she regularly assists pharmaceutical powerhouses such as Abbott Laboratories and Pharma Investi.

Subsequently, Dafne has followed an extensive postgraduate training program in a variety of subjects, ranging from constitutional litigation, public contracts, dispute resolutions and antitrust matters.
