Associate

José Miguel has been an associate of our firm since 2018. During 2021, he performed a secondment in an important international mining company, supporting the legal team in a project of legal analysis and risk management.

He is dedicated to advising and representing domestic and foreign clients in commercial and civil litigation, contractual and non-contractual liability, intellectual and industrial property, national and international arbitration of diverse nature, reorganization and liquidation bankruptcy proceedings, administrative sanctioning law, public procurement, constitutional actions, among others. In addition, he has advised clients on alternative dispute resolution, contractual analysis, risk management, and preparation of reports related to those practice areas.

Some of the clients he has advised include listed corporations, subsidiaries of transnational companies and local entities, dedicated to the fields of mining, energy, real estate, technology, retail, gas distribution, investment companies, health, casinos, forestry, telecommunications, food processing and distribution, among others.
