Cristián has been a partner of our law firm since 2005, having first joined in 1994. He is in charge of one of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions groups, where he serves as legal advisor to various to national and foreign clients, including company groups that operate in different areas, providing legal advice not only on corporate and transactional matters, but also on foreign investment and stock market regulations. Cristián has led significant company acquisition and merger processes, with both national and foreign parties, participating throughout the development of the process, from due diligence and the structuring of investment vehicles, to involvement in the preparation and negotiation of the relevant documentation and management of relations with the respective regulatory authorities and entities.
