Senior Associate

Cristóbal has been an associate at our firm since 2011. His professional practice focuses primarily on advising national and international clients in the development of projects related to natural resources and mining, particularly in the exploration, development, financing, operation of mining projects, mine closures, and related aspects. Cristóbal has extensive experience in matters such as mining property, option contracts, surface rights, the establishment of royalties, preparation and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts, communications with authorities, real estate law, and corporate law in general.

Additionally, Cristóbal has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, leading due diligence processes and advising on the purchase and sale of assets, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and shareholders' agreements, among others.

Cristóbal is the president of our office's Occupational Health and Safety Committee and a member of the Senior Associates Committee board.
