Labor Social Security

His practice areas include Labor and Social Security Law. He has extensive experience in hiring and dismissals of senior employees, complex systems of variable compensations and incentive awards, and expatriate regimes. He also has outstanding experience in collective bargaining negotiations, in union conflicts, and reorganizations of companies in crisis situations. He is also a specialist in labor disputes, with special expertise in complex claims.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the International Bar Association (IBA).

Álvaro Galli is a partner at Beccar Varela. He joined the firm in 2001. He heads the firm’s Labor and Social Security Law Department.

Alvaro obtained his Law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina (1999) and obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Labor Law from the Universidad Austral (2002).
