Pablo J. Torretta has been a partner of Beccar Varela since 2012. He started his career at the firm in 2001. His practice areas include financial and banking regulations, banks and financial entities, financial loans, project finance and debt restructuring. He has in-depth experience assisting foreign investors in Argentina and has successfully participated in international funding and investment transactions. He also has broad expertise in debt restructuring procedures as well as in contentious issues regarding financial and banking regulations.

He is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal (Buenos Aires Bar Association); the Argentinean Banks’ Lawyers Committee and the Argentinean Forex Club.

Pablo Torretta is a partner at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2001. He co-heads the firm’s Banking and Financial Institutions Department.

Pablo received his law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (1995) and obtained his Master’s Degree in Banking Management from the Universidad del CEMA, Argentina (1998).
