Benjamín is a partner and a member of the banking and finance, project financing, and corporate/M&A areas.

He specializes in international and local financing, especially in the energy and infrastructure industries. Additionally, he participates in all types of financing, foreign investment, and both local and cross-border M&A.

Benjamín was a Latin American Fellow at White & Case, LLP in 2013, before becoming an International Associate at the same firm from 2017 to 2019.

He obtained their Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Finis Terrae in 2010. In 2013, they participated in the Academy of American and International Law at the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law in Texas, USA. They further enhanced their legal expertise by completing a Diploma in Real Estate Law and Business at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2014. In 2017, they earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in the USA.
