Leading partner of our energy and natural resources and infrastructure areas. He also is a member of the environmental practice. He specializes in NCRE project development, environmental disputes, obtaining public works concessions and regulatory law.
Education
He studied Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1991). He has an M.P.P., from Georgetown University, Washington, DC (1996). Also, he has an MBA, from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2002).
