Partner with Guerrero Olivos and member of the public law, regulatory and TMT groups. His practice is focused in public law and regulatory processes and is regularly part of M&A deals in order to asses our clients in connection with regulatory issues.
Education
He obtained his degree at Universidad de Chile and has a Master in Public Law and Public Services Regulation, from the Pompeu Fabra University, in Barcelona, Spain and a Regulatory and Antitrust Diploma from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School.
