Partner with the corporate/M&A group and leading partner of the antitrust and compliance areas. He specializes in local and international M&A, in corporate governance and in corporate and finance restructurings.

He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with honors, has a Master of Comparative Jursiprudence from New York University School of Law, and a Master in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He also has Diplomas in Corporate Governance in Practicing Law Institute of New York and in Harvard University Business School.
