Real Estate

Tomás is a partner and a member of the real estate area (Band 1). He specializes in project development, construction, permitting, and in the acquisition and sale of real estate projects and assets.

In the academic field, he is Professor of Real Estate law, and was a Professor of the Law and Real Estate Business Diploma, both at Universidad Católica de Chile. Also, he was a Professor of the Urban Law and Construction Diploma at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.

Spanish and English

Tomás obtained their Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2011. They further specialized by completing a Diploma in Law and Real Estate Business at the same institution in 2012. In 2015, they attended the Academy of American and International Law at the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law in Texas, USA. Later, in 2018, they earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago, USA.
