Senior Associate

Martín Torres Girotti is a senior lawyer in the Litigation department.

His practice focuses on complex civil and commercial disputes, both litigation and arbitration, in connection with contractual, financial, corporate and insurance matters, class actions and end product liability, among other issues.

He also advises and represents national and foreign clients in reorganizations and insolvency, and in out-of-court debt restructuring proceedings.

He has experience on corporate preventive advice as to litigation or insolvency risks.

He is a professor of Reorganizations and Insolvency at the School of Law of Universidad de Buenos Aires and Professor of the post-graduate program at Universidad Católica Argentina.

As a specialist in his practice area, he has been acknowledged on numerous occasions by Chambers Latin America.
