Paula Beveraggi acts as counsel in the Corporate/M&A, Entertainment Law and ICTs and Media practice areas.

She specialized in corporate law resulting from her extensive and deep experience gained from overseeing numerous local and foreign companies of all types, including accompanying clients in corporate conflicts. This has allowed her to develop a solid expertise in both corporate and registry matters.

Her practice focuses on the corporate and organizational restructuring process of economic groups, complex and simple merger and acquisitions operations and due diligence proceedings. She has also led mergers and corporate reorganizations, actively interacting with the various departments of the firm, such as Tax, Banking and Finance, among others.

She has also worked in financial debt restructuring processes and has experience in out-of-court preventive agreements and in negotiable bonds issuance processes, with knowledge of the regulatory framework of the sector.

Paula has vast experience in providing day-to-day advice to programmers, production companies, pay TV operators and, in general, media clients. She has a solid knowledge of the regulatory framework of audiovisual communication.
