Florencia Pagani is a consultant in the Corporate Law department.Her practice focuses on corporate law.  She has organized and conducted board of directors’ meetings, corporate acquisition and reorganization schemes, filings and registrations before the Supervisory Board of Companies, the Argentine Securities Exchange Commission, the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, the Open Electronic Market (MAE), the National Insurance Bureau, the Bureau of Retirement and Pension Fund Administrators and other state oversight bodies.She has also defended clients against decisions issued by the Supervisory Board of Companies, and summary proceedings filed by the Securities Exchange Commission both before these bodies and before the Commercial Federal Appeals Court.She has handled important mergers and acquisitions in the fields of liquid petroleum gas, pharmaceuticals, supermarkets, foodstuffs, farming, real estate and fisheries, among others.
