Adrián is a partner of the firm and current Head of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He has almost 25 years practising law and providing legal services to all range of companies. He serves as director and syndic in many companies, and local legal representative, including multinational conglomerates.

Adrián advises on the full range of corporate and M&A matters and contractual and commercial issues. His clients span several sectors including entertainment and media; energy; retail; and the food and beverage industries. He has been actively involved in a number of domestic and international M&A transactions as lead counsel.

In 2005 he worked as an International Associate in the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP.
