Position

He is part of the team that specializes in high profile, complex labor cases, and disputes with executives, directors and expats. During the last decade, he has defended multinational companies in a portfolio of cases worth over USD 300 million, including the most relevant individual disputes of the country, in economic terms. He also advises from a labor perspective in M&A, due diligences, complex compensation schemes for executives, hirings and terminations.

Education

He graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires with a law degree in 2007. Afterwards he completed multiple postgraduate degree courses, at Universidad Católica Argentina (Specialization in Labor Law) and at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Complex Litigation and Labor Litigation before the Supreme Court of Justice). He also completed multiple update courses at the Asociación Argentina de Derecho del Trabajo y la Seguridad Social. And in September 2020, he completed Harvard University’s CS50 for Lawyers course.
