He joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 1992 and has been a partner since 1997. He currently chairs the firm’s labor and employment law department and has been managing partner since 2015. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Tribunal del Trabajo No. 1 of the Departamento Judicial de San Isidro, in the province of Buenos Aires, between 1987 and 1992 and at the Tribunal de Menores No. 3 of the Departamento Judicial de San Isidro during 1986 and 1987. Between 1983 and 1986 he worked as a trainee in business, commercial and corporate labor law.

He leads the employment litigation sector and specializes in providing legal support to international clients doing business in Argentina. He has a strong background in dealing with unions and rightsizing processes.

He graduated as a lawyer from the Museo Social Argentino University in 1988.
