He gives legal advice to local and foreign companies in different areas of business and corporate law and is specialized in the design, planning, and structuring of financial transactions, including M&As, project financing, and asset securitization.

Before joining Marval O'Farrell Mairal, he worked at Brons & Salas (2003-2005) and Le Pera & Lessa (1994-1998) law firms, and held a position as Legal Manager at Recovery S.A. (1999-2003).

He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar.

He graduated as a Lawyer, with honors, from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1994, and obtained a Master of Laws at Columbia University, New York, in 1999.
