His area of specialization is corporate and finance law. He gives legal advice to local and foreign companies in different areas of business and corporate law and is specialized in the design, planning, and structuring of financial transactions, including M&As, project financing, and asset securitization.

He graduated as a Lawyer, with honors, from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1994, and obtained a Master of Laws at Columbia University, New York, in 1999.
