Diego S. Kelly specializes in advising multinational and local companies in labor and employment law. He has more than 14 years of experience in this practice area. His practice in the firm focuses on full employment advice for multinational and local corporations, especially in mergers and acquisitions, transference of employees, rightsizings, global transactions, union issues, complex compensation programs, equity award schemes and in adapting international policies and programs to local legislation.

Diego joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 1995 and became partner in 2015.
