A member of the Litigation Department, he specializes in procedural law and in civil, commercial and products liability cases. His current practice is focused on litigation involving multinational matters and collective actions.

Facundo Viel Temperley joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 1996 and has been a partner since 2007. Before joining Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal he worked for the law-firm Estudio Mathé during 1992-1995 on civil, commercial and maritime law matters.
