Gustavo Morales Oliver leads the Compliance, Anti-Corruption & Investigations practice. He also has significant experience in corporate, M&A, litigation and cross-border matters.

Gustavo joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2006. Before joining our firm, he worked as in-house counsel in both the private and public sectors, where he handled litigation, administrative proceedings and general business law. In 2011 he worked as a foreign attorney at Yuasa and Hara Law Firm in Japan.

He is a member of the Bar of the City of Buenos Aires and the New York State Bar. 

Gustavo earned a law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2001, a Specialist Degree in Finance from the Universidad de San Andrés in 2009 and a Master in Laws (LL.M.) degree at the University of Illinois College of Law in 2010.
