Isabel Margarita Wolleter has been partner of Prieto since 2022.

Her practice includes advising international and local clients in the structuring of debt issuance, negotiable instruments, stock exchange listing processes, tender offers, auction processes, and company mergers and acquisitions.

She earned her law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2005.

She worked as a foreign associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York between 2013 and 2014.

She has been distinguished by The Legal 500 in the area of Banking and Finance.

Before joining Prieto, she worked at Noguera, Larrain y Dulanto.
