A specialist in Intellectual Property law, he joined Silva in July 2006. He has extensive experience in matters related to trademarks, domain names, and copyright, actively participating in negotiations, litigation, and contract drafting.

Throughout his career, he has notably been involved in legal proceedings representing various public sector organizations and well-known private companies, both national and international. On the academic front, he has taught civil law at Alberto Hurtado University and Adolfo Ibáñez University.
