Founding Partner

Dr. Claudio is a founding partner of the firm and a graduate of the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in 1966. He was a full professor at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) from 1971 to 1993 and taught at PUC Campinas and Isca Faculdades de Limeira until 2011. Dr. Claudio holds a master’s degree in Civil Procedural Law from PUC Campinas, with his thesis titled "Legal Limitations of Arrest" defended in 2003. He has been an active member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP) since 2001 and has served as a rapporteur and dean of the First Professional Ethics Panel of the OAB/SP. Dr. Claudio is also an associate member of CESA - Center for the Study of Law Firms.
