Dr. Lucas Ciarrocchi Malavasi is the firm's CEO, specializing in Labor Law and Procedure at Mackenzie University and Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral. He participated in Fundação Dom Cabral's Jornada Empresarial do Futuro program in 2020, 2021, and 2022, and completed the PDDA (Advanced Management Development Program) at the same institution in 2023. In 2024, he took part in the 3rd classroom class in Strategic Management of the Legal Department at Insper Educação Executiva. Dr. Lucas served as an advisor to the 17th Panel of the Ethics and Discipline Court of the Brazilian Bar Association - Campinas/SP Subsection from 2018 to 2020, and is currently the chairman of the Office Management Studies Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association - Campinas/SP Subsection for the 2022/2024 triennium.
