Dr. Guilherme represents companies across various economic sectors, including pneumatic, automotive, metallurgical, electric materials, and logistics, handling high-impact cases such as individual complaints, collective actions, and administrative litigations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from UNIP, a postgraduate degree in Labour Law and Process from ESAMC Campinas, and is an advisor to the Ethics and Discipline Court. Dr. Guilherme is recognized for his strategic and innovative work, leveraging certifications in Visual Law, Jurimetrics, and Generative AI Prompt Engineering.
