Mr. Poklepovic has over 20 years of experience in environmental and natural resources regulatory matters, particularly in the fields of mining, infrastructure, agribusiness, energy, water, and investment projects. He was a partner at Ropert Correa and Poklepovic Abogados, worked in the Environmental and Regulatory area of the Lex Ambiental Consulting firm, and at renowned law firms Morales & Besa and Arteaga & Gorziglia. He also worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Environmental Unit of the State Defense Council.

He has been related to the academic field as an undergraduate professor of Environmental Law at prestigious universities such as Universidad Autónoma de Chile, Universidad Alberto Hurtado, and Universidad San Sebastián. On the other hand, his expertise and professional experience have been recognized by the  rankings Leaders League  in Dispute Resolution – Environmental Law and Latin Lawyers 250 in the Energy area.
