Cristián has over 20 years of professional experience and has focused his practice on bankruptcy law, insolvency, and reorganizations. He has advised several companies in reorganization and liquidation processes, as well as in out-of-court agreements to address insolvency phases. In 2010, he served as Superintendent of Bankruptcy and advisor to the Ministry of Economy in drafting the current bankruptcy law. Additionally, he has vast experience in university teaching on insolvency and commercial law in postgraduate programs at Universidad de Chile, Finis Terrae, Adolfo Ibañez and  Diego Portales.
