With nearly 10 years of professional experience, Mr. Le-Fort has specialized in advising individuals and local and foreign companies on tax and corporate law. His professional practice has focused on general tax advisory services, including various consultations, tax litigation, procedures before the Internal Revenue Service, asset and inheritance restructuring, business reorganizations, among others. Additionally, he provides legal advice and support to local and foreign individuals and companies on corporate and tax law, mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring, and corporate relationships, among other areas.

Previously, he worked at the legal firm Mena Alessandri Asociados, addressing tax and corporate law issues with varying levels of complexity based on client needs.
