Consuelo has specialized in advising individuals and companies, both domestic and foreign, with a focus on corporate law related to contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate relationships, corporate governance, among others, and also in advising on real estate project development matters.

Previously, she worked as Legal Counsel at Inmobiliaria y Constructora Grupo Hogares, where, under the guidelines of the General Management, she led the development, financing, and operation of real estate and construction projects from a legal perspective. She was also an associate attorney at Mbc abogados, focusing her practice on real estate and corporate law.
