Josh DeBottis leads the Renewable Energy Project Finance team at Moore & Van Allen, focusing on the representation of financial institutions and other capital providers.

Josh has experience representing investors in renewable energy assets, including solar, wind and storage projects, across a variety of debt and tax equity investment structures, including partnership-flip and sale-leaseback transactions, along with tax credit transfer transactions under the Inflation Reduction Act.
