Yacine Hachemi has been an employment lawyer at Ogletree Deakins since July 2024.
He is currently waiting to be sworn in.
Previously a pupil barrister, he completed a traineeship at Ogletree, as well as at a number of other Parisian law firms.
He regularly contributes articles to legal journals in collaboration with the firm’s partners.
He advises on researching and drafting legal documents and opinions in English and French, in particular on individual and collective relations, employee shareholdings, working hours, health and safety. Yacine also assists with litigation, drafting submissions, legal research, negotiations and settlements.
