Chloé Le François joined Ogletree Deakins as an employment lawyer in November 2024.

She advises on research and drafting of documents and consultations, particularly in matters of moral harassment, as well as individual and collective relations. Chloé also assists in litigation, drafting of conclusions, legal research, negotiations and settlements.

A graduate of the Master 2 Protection sociale et Rémunérations at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, she completed her final 6-month internship at Ogletree Deakins as part of the Student Lawyer Program.

Prior to that, she completed a year-long work-study program with a firm specializing in compensation and benefits strategies.
