Justin J. Oliver’s practice focuses on patent matters including prosecution, inter partes proceedings at the Patent and Trademark Office, reexaminations, reissues, licensing, opinions, and mergers and acquisitions. Some of the technologies he has worked with include medical devices, software applications, electronics, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor technologies, optics, image processing and reproduction devices, manufacturing systems, light emitting diodes, navigation systems and various household goods. Mr. Oliver performs IP due diligence reviews in connection with the mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on licensing matters and other agreements.
