Career

Ronald R. Rossi’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, principally in the areas of contract disputes, business torts, finance, real estate, insurance, unfair competition and construction. Mr. Rossi has litigated a broad array of matters for clients in the apparel, aviation, chemical, construction, consumer products, defense, entertainment, finance, insurance, real estate, sports and transportation industries, among others. Mr. Rossi has also been involved in a number of large bankruptcies, representing both debtors and creditors. He routinely litigates cases before federal and state courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Rossi received his undergraduate degree in 1989 from the College of the Holy Cross, where he attended on a Naval ROTC scholarship. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law School in 1996, where he was a Stein Scholar.
