Ms. Kaplan, a partner in the Firm’s San Francisco office, concentrates her practice in the area of complex securities litigation.

Ms. Kaplan has represented individual and institutional investors in a variety of securities class actions in which the Firm has served as Lead or Co-Lead Counsel, and has contributed to the recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of defrauded investors.
