Anna is an attorney in our Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Group. She focuses her practice on Municipal Bonds, New Markets Tax Credits, Public Finance and Economic Development Incentives. She has served as Bond Counsel in connection with closing numerous municipal bond and loan transactions for the Mississippi Business Finance Corporation, the Mississippi Development Bank and local government issuers in Mississippi. Anna has represented borrowers, developers, leverage lenders and community development entities on tax credit transactions utilizing new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and various state tax credits. Anna was selected in Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch for her work in public finance. She is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, New Markets Tax Credits Working Group, Jackson Young Lawyers and the American, Mississippi and Capital Area Bar Associations. She obtained her J.D. and M.B.A. from Mississippi College and received her B.S. from the University of Mississippi. Anna is admitted to the Mississippi Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals.
